Chef Metohu

Casta Diva owner and head chef, Aurelio Metohu has a degree in Kitchen Arts and has mastered the art of Italian cuisine. Caffe Espresso Trattoria in Worcester, which Metohu has run for over 12 years, has been offering a wide selection of Italian dishes, including homemade cavatelli pasta and original sauce recipes, in a more casual setting. Metohu has gained extensive experience at Caffe Espresso Trattoria, as well as at some of the most respected restaurants throughout Europe.
